You must hold a Vendor's Resale Permit, issued by your provincial government, and you may be asked to provide your valid HST #. This applies to all store-front, internet based or home based business. Some manufacturers will reserve the right to sell product to non-store front businesses, but these are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
OPENING AN ACCOUNT
We are at your service in helping to put together your orders at any time. Whether we meet in person with samples or work over the phone/email, We will do our very best to help you get the best mix of items for your shop while remaining within your budget every time.
Opening orders must be prepaid prior to being shipped. Feel free to contact either us or the company directly with your payment details.
All take credit cards; most accept e-transfers.

Each line will have their own minimums for opening orders & reorders as well as per unit minimums.
Each line is independent of the others and orders cannot be combined to meet min ordering requirements.

I've had the pleasure of being an independent sales rep in the Lifestyle Product industry since 2003, developing many long-term relationships with retailers and fellow industry professionals over those years. I have 2 sets of "bosses": my wholesalers and my retailers. I do the very best I can for both groups.
We prefer to think of it as Reciprocal Loyalty
We are often asked about exclusivity for the lines we rep as they are in high demand.
Except in rare instances, once an account has been opened in a town/geographic area, we will not actively pursue or accept an order from another retailer in that same area over the course of the current collection or more, allowing you an entire season or 2 to become "the" place to find it in your area.

Each territory has its unique features and limitations and as such, exclusivity is based on a more encompassing set of criteria that are indicative of a retailer's commitment to the line vs an arbitrary dollar figure.
Reciprocal Loyalty is ensured for retailers who exhibit multiples of, if not all of, the following characteristics:
The size of a territory is not based solely on town limits or population. Cities with large populations always have & always will support several retailers, especially if they draw a unique clientele or have different business models/product offerings.
